Quotes and availability
Website prices are starting points or described package rates unless a written quote says otherwise. Availability depends on location, weather, airspace, site conditions, aircraft suitability and required permissions.
Aviation limitations
HDS may postpone, modify or decline a mission when conditions, airspace, people, site hazards, aircraft limits or regulatory requirements make the planned operation unsuitable.
Thermal and inspection limitations
Aerial visual/thermal services provide observational data and documentation. They are not an engineering, architectural, roofing, electrical or other regulated professional opinion unless a qualified professional is specifically included in the scope.
Pet-search limitation
Pet Detectives provides search effort and sightings support; recovery of an animal is never guaranteed.
R&D concepts
DRONERX, FETCH, heavy-lift, smart-dock, Flying Booster and other innovation concepts may include targets, prototypes or concept art. Unless expressly stated in a signed project agreement, they are not claims of certified payload, range, endurance, approval or commercial availability.
Media
Customer deliverables, licensing and usage rights are defined in the project agreement or invoice.
